Wine Cooperative “Caves Cooperatives de Donnas”

In 1971, a group of winegrowers established a cooperative after obtaining Controlled Designation of Origin (D.O.C.) status for Donnas wine on February 8 of that year. The cooperative was founded with the clear aim of protecting and ensuring the quality and authenticity of this unique wine. Located in the very heart of its production area, the winery is equipped with modern vinification facilities and an impressive row of oak casks for aging, with a cellar capacity of around 1,600 hectoliters. Here, the grapes are harvested, vinified, and bottled, resulting in an average annual production of 150,000 bottles.
