Our Lady of the Snows
This chapel, situated at 2,008 meters, is the highest in Issime. It was built in 1660 following a vow made by the Chouquer brothers, masons from Issime, who miraculously escaped an avalanche while returning from Challand during the winter, passing through the Mühni area. Construction began immediately, and the chapel was blessed in 1667.
