Trail description
From the top station of the cable car, follow the ski slope that climbs alongside the stream. When the slope turns sharply to the right, take the trail that continues along the stream for a short stretch before crossing it.
Ascend a small valley, then veer left to reach a rocky scree. The trail becomes steeper, crosses left again, and after a final steep section, reaches a rocky col on the ridge from where the lake comes into view.
The trail then continues to the right, crossing the steep slope before slightly descending to reach Lago Vercoche.
The return is along the same route.
